T & S Air Designs, Inc was founded by Tina and Scott Griffith in 2003.
What is your primary product or service?
Air conditioning repair, service and installations for residential homes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our background is servicing the air conditioning needs for Floridians. We specialize in new home construction and servicing new and used air conditioning systems for residential homes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are family owned and operated. Our company wants customers for life and doing right by our customers is good business. We also troubleshoot air conditioning problems over the phone. If we can save you money and avoid a service call we will be happy to help. What other companies do that?!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located here in Sanford, Florida. We service the entire Orlando area.

You call us and we come to you. We are a service business and operate our services at our customers location.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, pay pal, checks and of course cash!
Which areas do you service?
We service the Sanford, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Geneva, Mt. Plymouth, Sorrento areas. We service Seminole, Lake County and Orange County areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Tina Griffith and Scott Griffith own T & S Air Designs,Inc. We are family owned and operated. When you call I (Tina) will take care of your needs immediately. I handle the administration department. Scott is in charge of the service department.
What are your hours of operation?
M-F 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Sunday closed
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We often hear how happy our customers are that we gave them one on one service. We also love to hear how our customers can trust us to take care of them.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
So many bible verses come to mind. Especially John 3:16 which is the greatest. For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. I think my favorite is Psalm 136. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.
