How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 3 years.
What is your primary product or service?
To repurpose wooden pallets and make them more accessible to America.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It was a YouTube ad about pallets, actually. I bought the course and took a totally different route, but here I am.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The only way to differentiate yourself in such a simple business like this is to make yourself more available than your competitors. Always answering the phone and/or calling them back immediately has served me and my clients well. Also, having better prices than your competitors is a bg help.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have several locations throughout the United States, and we have many partners, as well.

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Paypal, Cashapp, ACH or credit card.
Which areas do you service?
The mostly serve mid-Michigan, north eastern Florida, and Kansas City, Missouri.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own it. My partners and I run the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
This depends on the location/time zones.... But we can speak on the phone or email 7 days a week.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I've had several wealthy men tell me I'm a genius. I accept their compliment haha
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
MY favorite Bible verse.... that's a good question. There are many good ones. As much as I try to differentiate myself, I'd probably go with James chapter 1, verse 5: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." To me, this verse is a reminder that you cannot stray too far from God. If you ask Him for wisdom, he will give this to you unconditionally. It's like He's saying "Finally, your asking for the right thing! Please, take this wisdom!"
